Special Experience for My New Year Eve 2013

What is your first impression of Norway?

COLD?

SNOW?

EXACTLY!

For these, of course we must go for ski. This was my first ski ever. My friend invited me to join her and her family on a ski trip and celebrate new year on top of the mountain. Surely i agreed with her and joined them. Life is too short not to try something you´ve never try before. Show your guts and courage to try new thing is my philosophy.

We stayed at the ski resort for couples of days. From bottom to the top of mountain, along the way, the scenery just took your breathe away. I was amazed all the way. I admitted that i just acted like a person who came out from KAMPUNG. My mouth can't kept together for at least..i think..an hour... I think i need a jaw-locked. Let me admire my photos again...

Well, a cool experience again. Although i fell for like hundred times, bruises on the whole body, but who said is not worth. I will keep gaining my experience all through my life. Who lives for my life? Of course is me!

Stockholm, Sweden

Getting Around

In compact and cozy Stockholm, everything is right on your doorstep. Due to Stockholm’s punctual and efficient public transport system, you can quickly travel between different locations. By walking, you can get from one place to another place easily.

Gröna Lund is an amusement park located on the island of Djurgården. The Amusement park has over 30 attractions and many restaurants. It is open from end of April to middle of September. 

Stockholm is one of the most crowded museum-cities in the world with around 100 museums.

Gamla Stan is the old town of Stockholm.

Stockholm is one of the most beautiful city in Europe. As you walked around in the city, you will discover fascinating sceneries along the way. No matter you look left, right, front or back, you just wondered around.

If anyone ask me which country has the most beautiful city in Europe, no doubt, my answer will be STOCKHOLM. 

Copenhagen, Denmark

Need another holiday? Just consider Copenhagen, Denmark. 

This was my first backpack doing all by myself. Thus, it was a great experience. I have only one day to spend in Copenhagen. Not much yet satisfied. At least, i´ve visited Copenhagen in my time. Of course, not to forget to showing off my pictures.

These are the pictures that i snapped when i walked along the city. There are numerous tours that you can take through the aging and crooked streets of the city which take you past oblique canals, shimmering castles, and towers that are very strange looking. To say the least there are dozens of tours that you can choose from, depending on what it is you are there to see.

Thanks to its small area Copenhagen has an intimate atmosphere and gave me a wonderful single traveller experience.

Places to Visit at STAVANGER

Stavanger is a popular tourist destination, especially in the summertime, Stavanger's harbour is full of large cruise ships. The Port of Stavanger is a popular stop on the route to the Norwegian Fjords. The charming city centre is just a small walk from the quay.

Old Stavanger (Gamle Stavanger) is located right next to the city centre and has a collection of 18th- and 19th-century wooden structures.

Beautiful scenery along the road that will take your breath away. Best view ever all along the road to the Kjerag and Lysebotn. You must really experience just once in your life time. I tell you will never ever regret.

Lysefjord is a fjord located in Forsand in Ryfylke in south-western Norway. The name means light fjord, and is said to be derived from the lightly coloured granite rocks along its sides.

Tour along the fjord by cruise. You can watch someone is playing BASE jumping.

Kjeragbolten is a rock wedged in the cliff approximately 1000 meters above the fjord. The straight fall 1000 meters down to the fjord makes Kjerag a very popular location for BASE jumping.

Preikestolen, also known as Pulpit Rock, is a steep and massive cliff 604 metres above Lysefjorden, opposite the Kjerag Plateu. The top of the cliff is approximately 25 by 25 metres (82 by 82 feet), almost flat, and is a famous tourist attraction in Norway.

It was really a cool, fan-static experience that I've never had. Although i was a hard time for me ( I don't like to hike), I got sun burned, my legs was hurt, but i will never regret. People just ask me, will you ever go again? I said, : Of course! And this time i will definitely teach the one to know how to use my camera. :)
